Hours of Operation:

Monday to Saturday - 9 AM to 9 PM

Sunday - 10 AM to 6 PM

Outdoor Range Rules

  • All shooters must display their membership cards
  • Guests must possess a valid guest pass
  • Anyone caught using force to enter the ranges may result in criminal charge or loss of membership
  • Firearms and ammunition must be handled in a safe manner
  • One shooter must act as a range officer if there are two or more shooters
  • Eye and ear protection is mandatory
  • Actions must be open, magazine unloaded and rifles in the upright position while people are down range
  • PAPER TARGETS ONLY
  • All shots must be contained within the berm
  • Intentional ricochet or un-aimed shots will result in loss of membership
  • Consumption of alcohol before or while on the range is prohibited
  • Remove targets and clean up your area—burning garbage is prohibited
  • Be respectful and courteous to your fellow shooters

Silhouette Range

The Silhouette Range is closed until further notice by order of the Saskatchewan CFO.

Effective October 9th, 2018.


Range Wardens have the authority to:

  • Request proof of membership
  • Enforce range rules and protocols
  • Ask you to leave the range

*Your membership is a privilege; non-compliance with the range rules may result in suspension or loss of membership.*



Indoor Range

Features

  • Archery, .22 calibre rimfire rifle, handguns or air rifle
  • Handgun up to .45 caliber - No magnums
  • No steel jacketed or steel projectiles
  • No army surplus ammunition
  • Range schedule is online. Consult the calendar below
  • Land Location SE-24-37-5 W3

Indoor Range Rules

  • All shooters must display their membership cards
  • Guests must possess a valid guest pass
  • All shooters must sign the register book
  • Bullet velocities not to exceed 1200 FPS
  • Firearms and ammunition must be handled in a safe manner
  • One shooter must act as a range officer if there are two or more shooters
  • Eye and ear protection is mandatory
  • Ventilation system must be turned on while shooting
  • No food, beverages, alcohol or smoking
  • PAPER TARGETS ONLY
  • Actions open, magazines unloaded and rifles in upright position while people are down range
  • Clean up brass and remove targets when finished
  • Please be respectful and courteous to your fellow shooters
  • You are responsible for any range damage that may occur

The indoor ranges are in high demand and used by the Saskatoon Rifle and Revolver Club and the Archery Club. The calendar maintains the schedule for the ranges.
